This past week I stopped at the Ho-Chunk Casino in Wittenberg Wisconsin. The Ho-Chunk tribe operates six casinos in Wisconsin. The one in Wittenberg is located about 30 miles south of Wausau, one mile off of highway 29. The 11,000 sq. ft. facility has 500 slot machines, with a bar and snack area. I found the slot machine selection to be more current than I expected for a smaller casino. I was able to get to the bonus rounds on several machines, but none of the payouts put any extra money in my pocket. The Carnival in Rio machine, which is also at casinos in Minnesota, gave me back to back free games. That’s why I always like to play a spin or two after getting a bonus. You never know when a machine will hit twice.
