They are just past the halfway mark\u00a0at Canterbury Park here in Minnesota and I’ve been to the track about a dozen times. I can only recall about three times where\u00a0I left with more money than I came with. Serious punters would keep track of every wager. My budget is about $20 per race, which gets allocated between exacta and trifecta and superfecta wagers. Most of the time my winnings are between $120 to $140 per session, but if the total amount wagered was $200, you are still leaving with less than you came with. Recently, I began purchasing past performance stats from the Equibase website. That has been a handicapping time saver and has improved my results in several races.
